Founder / Counselor at Law

For me, estate and family law is a calling - a tool toward a greater purpose. It is about protecting families, shaping futures and empowering clients through cutting-edge strategies and unyielding advocacy, to help them face life's most difficult transactions with compassion and clarity.

I believe only in satisfactory outcomes for my clients, whether in courtroom decisions or out-of-court settlements.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Calabar in 1983, I studied law at the University of Benin and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990. Before full-time law practice, I worked with nonprofit organizations abroad for more than 20 years while raising my three children. I am passionate about family matters and public policy, and about how law and politics affect ordinary people.
